MLS4Houston.com Limited Service Real Estate Brokerage includes:
1. Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) will be provided upon request. Just EMAIL US the subdivision and zip code of your property’s location and we will return an email with a CMA for that area.
4. Title Examination for Sellers - "Title Insurance" means a policy issued by an insurance company guaranteeing that the title to a parcel of real property is clear and properly in the name of the title owner, and that the owner has the right to deed the property (convey or sell) to another. Should a problem later arise with the title (such as an inaccurate description), the insurance company will pay the damages to the new title holder or secured lender, or take steps to correct the problem.
5. Earnest Money shall be held in an Escrow Account at the closing title company.
6. The % commission that is offered to the Buyer’s Broker (REALTOR®) is your decision. No further commission is due, if the Buyer(s) are not represented by a REALTOR®.
7. Your listing will stay ACTIVE for up to six months. You may cancel your listing at anytime; just EMAIL a request to have the property TERMINATED from the MLS. It's that easy!
8. If you need Full Service, you may obtain a full refund for your Limited Service Listing if you use a Houston Realty Team Full Service Realtor or a Realtor referred to you by MLS4Houston.
We are available to accept delivery of Offers to Purchase your property, submit Counteroffers, provide a Seller’s Closing Cost Estimate worksheet and answer any questions relating to Real Estate. To receive accurate closing cost information, based on the details of your Purchase Agreement, you will need to contact the closing title company. |
